Perfomance was great.
I like intervals training,because you ran at maximum speed and easy made mistakes.

My mistakes :
7 control - it was super parallel situation and i skip control 7. I guess i run on left side from building near the control and if you look at route i turn behide the building and didn't found control (big and so stupid mistake)
15 control - u pushed and didn't see the better routechoise to next one(lost at least 10-15 sec )

What i learn ? I should control all my actions. Intervals it not only for run. It was a very good training and i got experience.
